This privacy policy applies to the Math Runner app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Epixam, LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. The Application is designed to help children learn math. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, store, or share any personal information or other data. No registration or account is required. The Application does not use analytics, tracking, or any form of data collection.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

No. This Application does not collect any location information, precise or otherwise.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. Because the Application collects no information of any kind, nothing is shared with third parties.

Advertising

The Application contains no advertisements. There are no third-party ad networks, trackers, or advertising partners.

What are my opt-out rights?

Because the Application collects no information, there is nothing to opt out of. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it through the standard process available on your device or through the app store.

Children

The Application is intended for children and is designed to help them learn math. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children (or from anyone else).

Because no personal information is collected, the Application does not require parental consent under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or similar laws. Parents and guardians are still encouraged to supervise their children’s use of mobile devices.
